The fiction of subject, the subject of fiction. Around the idea of "portrait": the subject is to become it, the fluctuations of identity, metamorphosis, the dissolution of the personal "me": the in-between of images; slipping of social image, the identity of the artist, fictional images. "We are a plurality who imagine ourselves as a unit" (Nietzche) The question of representation: images as enactments:interpretation: pure invention. The transverse: the ambiguity or indetermination of identities, but also artistic codes. The invention of a place "at the border": between the language of cinema and the language of video.
