Tout le monde connaît l'affaire Clinton / Lewinski.
Tous les médias en ont parlé. Nous en avons tous parlé, bien souvent en oubliant l'aspect constitutionnel de cette affaire. Le mensonge a toujours été présent dans notre histoire politique, pour nous européens il était difficile de comprendre pourquoi les américains faisaient toute une affaire d'un mensonge ayant pour but de cacher une infidélité. Qui n'a jamais rêvé de les avoir toutes? Qui n'a jamais fantasmé sur l'érotique du pouvoir? La libido du Président Clinton et quelques taches de sperme sur une robe bleue ont tout de même provoqué : des chutes des cours de la Bourse un peu partout, un retard dans le règlement des litiges concernant le paiement de la contribution américaine aux Nations Unies, un bombardement, des spéculations financières, etc... Tout ceci est bien plus grave qu'un mensonge.
Ma pièce est constituée d'une tringle à vêtements sur laquelle sont accrochées des tenues féminines bleues, de toutes tailles, maculées de sperme. La meilleure façon d'utiliser un espace, c'est de l'utiliser dans son intégralité, et c'est donc ce que je fais en utilisant les rues pour promener un fantasme sexuel.

Es ist in jederman's Mund, wobei man oft den wichitgen Ansatzpunkt dabei vergisst. Lügen haben immer schon im politischen Leben existiert und für uns Europäer war es schon schwer genug zu verstehen, warum die Amerikaner darum so'n Aufstand machen. Wer hat schon nicht von dem erotischen Reiz der Macht geträumt ? Und dennoch haben Clinton's Fehltritte und ein paar Flecken auf einem blauen Kleid Börsenzusammenbrüche, die Verschiebung des Streits über die Vereinten Nationen, Bombardierung und Finanzspekulationen verursacht. All dies ist viel wichtiger als eine Lüge. Ich bin nach New York gegangen mit dem Vorhaben, “ Bill's Dream ” auf den Strassen von New York zu veröffentlichen.
Mein Vorhaben besteht aus blauen Frauenkleidern, die etwas beschmutzt sind… mein Anlaufpunkt ist das Guggenheimmuseum in SOHO, wo eine Ausstellung über “  premises : invested Spaces in Visual Arts… ” ausgestellt ist. Am besten nutzt man Raum, wenn man ihn voll und ganz ausnutzt, und das tat ich in den Strassen von New York, wo ich sexuelle Fantasien zeigte.


Everybody knows about the Clinton / Lewinsky case. It was in all the media.
We all talked about it, more often than not forgetting the constitutional aspect of the case. Lies have always been part of our political history, and for us Europeans it was difficult to understand why the Americans made such a fuss about a lie intended to hide an infidelity. Who has never dreamed of having them all? Who has never fantasized about the erotic attraction of power? President Clinton's libido and a few semen stains on a blue dress nevertheless caused stock exchanges to fall around the world, a delay in settling the dispute about the U.S. contribution to the United Nations, bombings, financial speculation, etc. All these are much more serious than a lie. I decided to come in New York to show my work entitled "Bill's Dream" on the streets of this city.
My work consists of a clothes rail with blue women's outfits of all sizes, stained with semen, hamging from it. My base will be the Guggenheim Soho Museum, where an exhibition is being held called "Premises: Invested Spaces in Visual Arts, Architecture and Design from France 1959-98". The best way of using a space is to use it in its entirety, and that is what I will be by using the streets of New York to show a sexual fantasy.
