We are roARaTorio, non profit organization ruled by "Loi 1901" French Law, and we happily organize Rencontres Internationales Paris/Berlin, as well as other art and cultural events. We are not required to have a data protection officer, so any enquiries about our use of your personal data should be addressed to the contact details above.

We guarantee the privacy of personal data. According to French Law, you retain the right to modify or delete any personnal data.

What personal data do we collect?

When you sign up for an accreditation, a pro pass or a badge for young audience, we ask you for email address, your first name, your name, your phone number and your postal address.

Why do we collect this information?

We will use your information to prepare your accreditation, your pass or your badge, to send you information about it, and to send you newsletters which contains information about our activities.
Your email address will be shared with our main venue partner, Lautre Museum Auditorium, to send your newsletters which contains information about its activities.
We ask for your consent to do this, those newsletters will be sent to you for as long as you continue to consent.

What do we do with your email address?

Your personal data is stored in our database and is not shared with third parties, with the exception of your email address shared with our main partner place, the Louvre auditorium. No other data is shared with this third party.

How long do we keep your email address for?

Your personal data is kept for as long as you continue to consent about it.

Your rights over your information

By law, you can ask us what information we hold about you, and you can ask us to correct it if it is inaccurate.

You can also ask for it to be erased and you can ask for us to give you a copy of the information.

You can also ask us to stop using your information – the simplest way to do this is to withdraw your consent, which you can do at any time, either by clicking the unsubscribe link at the end of any newsletter, or by emailing us through the contact form which is available here, writing or telephoning us using the contact details above ("Who we are?" paragraph).
