Workshop - "Hybrid spaces, critical spaces"

In 2024 and 2025, the Rencontres Internationales Paris/Berlin, in partnership with the Cité internationale des arts, is extending the series of discussions with artists in residence, focusing on the notions of hybrid spaces and critical spaces in the field of the moving image.
For this new series of sessions, Nathalie Hénon and Jean-François Rettig, curators of Rencontres internationales Paris/Berlin, invite participants to share the questions and themes that interest them. During the sessions, they will bring these questions into dialogue with a selection of excerpts from works presented in past, current, and future projects, with the aim of fostering collective reflection and the sharing of ideas.
These sessions aim to provide an informal and convivial space for discussion and exchange around ideas and works.
